2-D field solver
analyzes interconnects
The EZ2D Calculator, a two-dimensional field solver, permits quick analysis
of multilayer cross sections including pc boards, cables, and on-chip interconnects.
Available for Unix, Windows 95, and Windows NT, the software computes all
electrical line parameters.
The tool simplifies setup of problem geometries with a library of predefined
parameterized structures. Typical models include differential-pair microstrip
and stripline, twin-lead, dual-dielectric coaxial cable, and multilayer
on-chip interconnects. ($2,900–available now.)
