The OS Series two-position slide switches target standard and custom mobile communication devices and accessories, as well as test and measurement equipment, computer peripherals and network products. The switches feature shorting or non-shorting contacts with gold or silver contact plating, a maximum contact resistance of 20 mΩ, with a minimum insulation resistance of 100 mΩ at 500 Vdc, and a dielectric strength is 500 Vac for 1 minute.
Mechanical and electrical life for the slide switches is 10,000 cycles. Available in bulk packaging, the RoHS-compliant parts offer an operating range from 10° to 70°C. ($0.75 ea/1,000 — 6 to 8 weeks.)
