2-W converters have med, industrial approval
The MDHU100 and MSHU100 Series of 2-W dc/dc converters have medical (EN60601-1) and industrial (EN60950-1) safety approvals. The converters operate over input voltage ranges of 4.5 to 5.5 Vdc, 10.8 to 13.2 Vdc, and 21.6 to 26.4 Vdc.
The MDHU100 series converters are housed in 0.94 x 0.54 x 0.34-in. dual in-line packages and the MSHU100 series is housed in 0.94 x 0.54 x 0.35-in. SMT packages. Additional features include leakage current of 4,000 Vac I/O isolation, and MTBF >2,000,000 hours. The devices suit distributed-power systems, mixed analog/digital subsystems, portable test equipment, local power networks, and battery-backed systems.
