20-GHz scopes sample at up to 100 GHz

DPO/DSA/MSO70000C series digital and mixed signal oscilloscopes can provides up to 100-Gsample/s rates on two channels simultaneously and up to 50-Gsample/s rates on all four analog channels. The capability permits more accurate signal-integrity measurements for high-speed serial designs such as PCI Express Gen 3. Other features include a fast compute platform and a stable timebase suited for radar test applications.

The platform offers faster processing for long data records such as jitter, noise, and BER measurements and statistics. Record length is 10 or 20 M points depending on whether two or four channels are sampled. (From $110,000 for a 12.5-GHz version — available now.)
