20-mm motor comes in synchronous and stepper versions
The UAG and UAT are 20-mm, tin-can type, reversing synchronous and
stepper motors, respectively. The motors are 17.2 mm thick and weigh 25 g.
The UAT stepper motor is available in two versions. The first version
uses a standard rotor and achieves a holding torque of 5.7 mNm and 4.2
mNm, for the two- (UAG 1) and four- (UAG 2) phase option, respectively.
The second version uses a neodymium rotor and achieves a holding torque of
7.0 mNm and 5.3 mNm for the two- (UAG 3) and four- (UAG 4) phase versions,
respectively. All have a step angle of 18 degrees, rotor inertia of 0.3
g-cm3 , an axial force of 1 N, and a thermal resistance at 0
Hz of 40 K/W. The UAT synchronous motor is reversible, has a power
consumption of 1/1.1 W at 50/60 Hz, and a maximum speed of 600/720 rpm.
The running torque is 2 mNm at maximum speed. (UAG 1, $9.00; UAG 2, $9.69;
UAG 3, $9.45; UAG 4, $10.18; UAT 1, $10.90–stock from 4 to 5 weeks.)
