200-V to 1-kV rectifiers offered in LPDIP pkg

The CBRLD1 series of 1A, high-voltage bridge rectifiers suit applications that need high voltage, high power density, and a low-profile package. This device family includes the CBRLD1-02 (200 V), CBRLD1-04 (400 V), CBRLD1-06 (600 V), CBRLD1-08 (800 V), and CBRLD1-10 (1,000 V) devices, all with a leakage current of 10 µA at maximum repetitive reverse voltage (VRRM)

The bridge rectifier LPDIP package has a 41% lower profile than the SMDIP case, and uses 61% less board space. Applications for these devices include input rectification for solid state lighting, steering diode array, and general purpose full-wave rectification.
