The LTC2380-24 no latency 24-bit 2 Ms/s SAR A/D converter features a digital filter that averages 1 to 65,536 conversion results in real time. Dynamic range is 101 dB at 1.5 Ms/s and 145 dB when averaging with to effective rate of 30.5 s/s. The IC uses an SPI serial output.
Integral non-linearity is ±0.5 ppm typical, 3.5 ppm maximum at 1.5 Ms/s, and THD is -117 db with a 2 KHz input. The chip operates from a single 2.5 V supply and takes only 28 mW at 2 Ms/s. It comes in 16-lead MSOP & 4 × 3 mm DFN packages and costs from $31.95 ea/1,000.
