The CTLT3410-M621 (npn) and CTLT7410-M621 (pnp) transistors are offered in 0.8-mm profile, 2.47-mm2 area, TLM621 surface-mount package. The devices are rated at 1.0-A continuous collector current, 25-V collector-to-emitter voltage and have a VCE(sat) of 25 mV for npn and 30 mV for pnp. The leadless package also features 900-mW power dissipation.

The transistors suit a variety of battery-powered portable products including mobile communications, digital cameras, laptops, and various handheld products.
