The PPWAM250 series ac/dc power supplies offer 250−W output power and are compliant with UL/cUL60601-1 and TUV 60601-1 medical safety standards. They accept a 90 to 264−Vac input.
The medically compliant supplies feature regulated voltages ranging from 12 to 48 Vdc with no minimum load. The 3 x 5 x 1.38-in. open-frame units suit designs with space constraints and provide up to 250 W with 17−cfm forced air. They feature efficiencies >85%, and leakage currents as low as 300 µA at 264 Vac. Protection circuitry includes overvoltage and short circuit protection.
