256-K FRAM memory comes in 8-pin package

The MB85RS256A, MB85RS128A and MB85RS64A 256-, 128-, and 64-Kbit non-volatile ferroelectric random access memory (FRAM) devices have 25 MHz SPI interfaces and provide data retention of at least 10 years. The ICs operate from -40 to 85C using a 3.0 – 3.6 V supply.

The memories yield 10 billion write/read cycles and feature fast 150 ns write cycle times and small SOP-8 packages. (Price not provided – samples available now.)
