Designed for DDR memory applications, the 266-MHz DS4266 clock oscillator guarantees a tight duty-cycle output of 48%/52%, and delivers rms jitter of less than 1-ps rms (12 kHz to 20 MHz) and cycle-to-cycle jitter of ±7.5 ps typ. The DS4266 provides a low aging of less than ±7 ppm over 10 years and a total frequency stability of less than ±50 ppm with respect to aging, voltage, temperature, loading, and initial tolerance.
