280 MHz comparator can drive 1.8 V logic

The LTC6752 comparator features a toggle rate of 280 MHZ and propagation delay of 2.9 ns with rail-to-rail inputs that operate from 2.45, 3.5, or 5 V. The ICs output can operate as low as 1.71 V. Output current capability is ±22 mA and quiescent supply current is 4.5 mA.  

The IC has jitter of just 4.5 ps RMS (100 mV P-P, 100 MHz input). Five versions have different packages, output logic levels, shutdown, hysteresis, and complementary outputs. Each have –40° to 85°C or –40° to 125°C temperature operation. There are four package options – TSOT-23, MSOP, SC70, 3 x 3 mm QFN. Available now starting at $1.62 ea/1,000.
