The MINMAX MAEU02-HI series is a new range of isolated 2W DC-DC converter modules in a SIP-7 package that feature a high I/O-isolation voltage rated for 5700VDC.
The modules have a high common mode transient immunity with 15KV/μs; this feature qualifies this product for IGBT driver applications as it has the ability to cover spike noise from IGBT in fast switching applications.
There are 40 models available for 5, 12, 15 and 24V; input and output voltage feature +15V/-9V asymmetric outputs that are specifically design for IGBT driver application. These converters offer a cost-effective solution for wind turbine, solar panel, transportation systems, industrial control equipment and some IGBT driver applications where a very high I/O-isolation is required.
