3.3 V CAN transceivers are radiation-tolerant

The ISL7202xSEH series are the industry’s first radiation-tolerant 3.3 V CAN transceivers that are fully QML-V qualified and compliant with the ISO11898-2 physical layer standard. The ISL72026SEH, ISL72027SEH, and ISL72028SEH offer reliable serial data transmission between a CAN controller and CAN bus at speeds up to 1 Mbits/s.

Listen mode supply current is 2 mA maximum. The devices are designed to operate over a common mode range of -7 to +12 V with a maximum of 120 nodes. The ISL72026SEH version has three driver rise/fall time options, a listen mode feature, and loopback test capability. ESD protection of 4 KV HBM is on all pins. Available now in 8-lead ceramic flatpack packages or in die form.
