Providing QVGA resolution in a 3.5-in. format, the OSD322423-6UFLWA TFT display uses a single chip driver IC that consolidates segment and common driver functionality and incorporates VCom circuitry to simplify power interface requirements.
The display has 150:1 min. contrast ratio, 60/60/45/55 view angles, an integrated touch panel, LED backlight (220-nits min.), and user-selectable 24-bit parallel RGB, 8-bit serialized RGB, 8-bit BT656, or 8-bit BT601 interface. The all-in-one controller’s features are managed via a single SPI interface, and a 0.5-mm-pitch, 60-conductor flex tail consolidates display, backlight, and touch-panel interfaces. (Contact Khaled R.
