The TLP3107 high-current photorelay handles 3.3 A maximum and comes in a small 6.3 x 4.4 mm SOP6 package. The normally off (1-Form-A) device has an LED trigger current of 3.0 mA and an on-state resistance of just 60 mΩ maximum, 30 mΩ typical.
The ICs off-state output is rated for 60 V and operating temperature range is -40° to 85°C. Isolation voltage is 1500 Vrms (min) and UL safety standard approval is under application. $3.11 ea/100.
