3-ch driver IC targets Class D audio apps

Suited for use in Class D audio applications including high-performance home theater systems and car audio amplifiers requiring a compact footprint, the IRS2053M 200-V driver IC integrates three channels of high-voltage, high-performance half-bridge drivers with PWM modulators. The part provides programmable bidirectional current sensing to protect high- and low-side MOSFETs from overcurrent conditions.

Features include an offset voltage of ±100 V, a VCC range (with UVLO) from 10 to 15 V, and an output voltage ranging from 10 to 15 V.
