3-V dual op amp swings rail to rail
The OP-295 dual op amp operates from a single supply as low as 3 V and is
capable of rail-to-rail output voltage swing. When driving a 10-k Ω
load from a 3-V supply, the device has a minimum output swing from 2.90 V
to within 2 mV of ground. For +3-V operation, the OP-295 has an offset
voltage of 500 microvolts max, a gain of 1,000 V/mV, and a supply current
use of 300 microamps max. In addition, voltage offset drift is 1
microvolts/ degreesC typ, voltage noise is 1.6 microvoltsp-p, and voltage
noise density is 53 nV/
300 pF and has a typical gain-bandwidth product of 75 kHz. It comes in
8-pin plastic DIPs, CerDIPs, and SO packages, as well as in die form.
