3-W chip resistor fits in 1225 case size

The LRF3W Series 3-W SMT chip resistor are offered in a 1225 case size, typically used for devices with only a 1-W rating. The resistors have terminations on the long end which results in a low inductance part and less stress on the solder joints.

Resistances range from 0.002 to 0.100 Ω and absolute tolerances are ±1%, ±2%, ±5%, and ±10%. Power dissipation is up to 3 W at 70°C, with TCRs as low as ±100 ppm/°C. Operating temperature ranges from 55° to 150°C. ($0.20 ea/1,800—available now.)
