The SLN3 molded SMT current sense resistor features a 3 W rating in 4528 size, derated above 125°C. The resistors molded resin package provides excellent dimensional accuracy, mountability, and shock resistance.
The device is AEC-Q200 qualified and offered in values between 5 and 110 mΩ, with TCR of ±75 ppm above 10 mΩ and ±110 ppm below. Tolerance is 0.5%, 1%, or 5% and operating temperature range is a wide -55° to 180°C. A typical part number is SLN3TTED10L0F (0.01 Ω, 1%).
