3-W current sense resistor is AEC-Q200-qualified

The CSSH2512 3-W metal alloy current sense resistor is now qualified to AEC-Q200. The SMT device offers resistance values from 0.5 mΩ to 10 mΩ in tolerances as tight as 0.5% and TCR as low as 25 ppm.

The 0.246 x 0.130-inch chip can handle up to 134 A for 5 s, with less than 0.5% resistance shift. It features inductance of only 0.5 to 5 nH and specified performance up to 225°C. Price ranges from $0.275 to $0.463 ea/full reel.
