3-W output converters are housed in SIPs

The D300RW family of 3-W dc/dc converters is available in single-in-line packages (SIPs). The converters feature 16 models and have 2:1 input voltages of 9 to 18- and 18 to 36-Vdc output regulation.

The 16 converter models operate from wide 2:1 inputs providing outputs of 5, 9, 12, 15, ±5, ±9, ±12, or ±15 Vdc. Standard features include line/load regulation, a 1,500-Vdc I/O isolation, short-circuit protection, and efficiency as high as 81%. Also standard is a remote on/off control input.
