Ideal for VSAT, microwave radio, military, and test & measurement equipment applications from 12 to 16 GHz, the 3-W HMC995LP5GE power amplifier is a four stage GaAs pHEMT MMIC 2-W device with an integrated temperature compensated on-chip power detector. The amplifier provides 27 dB of gain, 35.5 dBm of saturated output power, and 24 % PAE while operating from a 7-V supply.
It is also ideal for 13.75 to 14.5 GHz Ku-and VSAT transmitters and SATCOM applications. The HMC995LP5GE amplifier I/Os are internally matched to 50 Ω. The amplifier requires no external matching components.It is packaged in a leadless QFN 5 x 5 mm SMD package.(31.54 ea/10-99 — available now)
