3-W supplies come in mini-DIPs

The MPM-03S series single-output 3-W switching power supplies include a universal ac input, full safety approvals, filtering, and miniature DIP packaging. Six standard models operate from a universal input of 85 to 264 Vac, providing single outputs of 3.3, 5, 9, 12, 15, or 24 Vdc. Standard features also include filtering and 3,000 Vac I/O isolation, and protection from over temperature and short circuit faults.

The power supplies have IEC61140 Class II input allowing it to be used without an earth ground connection. The supplies are specified for operation from –25° to 71°C operating temperature range. Applications include industrial automation systems, machine, process control equipment, and telecommunications and data-processing systems. ($7.95 ea/100 — available now.)
