30-V transistors have 1.6-mΩ RDS(on)

The STL150N3LLH6 and STD150N3LLH6 are the first members of a new transistor family that uses the STripFET VI DeepGATE process
to boost efficiency for power converters. The transistors achieve an RDS(on) that is approximately 20% better than the previous generation.

The STL150N3LLH6 offers 1.6-mΩ typ RDS(on) in a 5 x 6-mm SO-8 or DPAK package. The STD150N3LLH6 is available in a 3.3 x 3.3-mm IPAK or SOT23-6L package, with 2.4-mΩ
