32.768-kHz crystal targets portables, auto apps

Designed for portable and other applications where miniaturization is critical, the 32.768 kHz CM7V-T1A quartz crystal has a package height of just 0.65 mm and a footprint of 3.2 x 1.5 mm. This tuning-fork part offers a wide temperature range, up to –55° to 125°C, an accuracy down to ±10 ppm, and a frequency tolerance of ±20 or ±100.

A combination of low aging and very high 5,000-G shock and vibration resistance make this device ideal to meet the needs of high-reliable market applications. Standard frequency is 32.768 kHz, with other frequencies available on request. The CM7V-T1A is RoHS compliant, 100% lead free, and available for compliance with the AEC-Q200 quality standards for automotive applications. (Contact company for pricing and availability.)
