The processors also offer the Peripheral Event System, which allows inter-peripheral communication without CPU intervention. They have security technology that allows the flash memory to be partially programmed and locked, creating secure on-chip storage for private code and intellectual-property protection. The chips have one 4-channel 20-bit PWM controller. Package options range from QFN64 to TQFP144. (From $5.33 ea/10,000 samples available now.)
