AVR UC3 microcontrollers also support the QTouch® Library for easy implementation of elegant, differentiating user interfaces for capacitive touch. The AT32UC3A0512 version combines 512 Kbytes of flash, 64 Kbytes of SRAM, a 10/100 Ethernet MAC, full-speed USB 2.0 host, I2S, and an audio D/A converter. The device has a SRAM/SDRAM external bus interface and achieves 91 DMIPS at 66 MHz while taking just 40 mA at 3.3 V. Othe version include a floating point unit, FlashVault code protection, CAN interfaces, LIN interfaces, and PWM with dead-time insertion, A/D conversion. (11 versions from $5.02 to $10.37 ea/10,000 available now.)
