Based on the ARM SC100 CPU, the AT91SC192192CT-USB secure microcontroller features 192 Kbytes of flash, 192 Kbytes of high-performance EEPROM, and 24 Kbytes of RAM. The chip has a full-speed USB 2.0 interface with five endpoints, an SPI interface, and a NAND flash interface.
The device includes a powerful cryptographic accelerator and is particularly well suited to serve as a security module to prevent hardware counterfeiting, store secure data, provide authentication services, and process digital rights management.
