The MB91F467BA 32-bit MCU incorporates a 6-channel CAN controller with each channel having 32 message buffers, seven channels of LIN-capable UART, and two channels of I2C communication. The IC provides the ability to control entire in-vehicle networks from within a vehicle head electronic control unit (ECU).
The IC comes in a 144-pin LQFP144 package, operates at 80 MHz using a single 3.0 to 5.5-V power supply, and incorporates 1 Mbyte of flash, an 8-Kbyte cache, 40 Kbytes of RAM, an external SDRAM interface, and five channels of DMA.
