The SH7761 32-bit MCU delivers 720 MIPS at 400 MHz and is intended for car information equipment, such as telematics devices using wireless links and hands-free systems. The chip interfaces with DDR2-SDRAM, and a 4-Mbit/s serial interface is provided for Bluetooth modules.
The chip has two-port USB 2.0 high-speed, NAND flash memory, SD card4, and dual CAN and MOST interfaces. The 449-pin BGA-packaged IC also has an A/D converter and on-chip debug functions. ($46 ea/sample qty — samples available now.)
