The Q32M210 mixed-signal microcontroller targets precision measurement and monitoring applications with dual low-noise 16-bit A/D converters, low-noise op amps, a 50-ppm/°C voltage reference, and triple 10-bit D/A converters. The MCU uses a 17-MHz 32-bit Cortex-M3 core and features an 8:1 sensor input multiplexer.
The 10 x 10-mm 140-pin TLLGA packaged IC takes less than 950 µA with a 1-MHz clock and basic sensor interfaces enabled and can operate from 1.8 to 3.6 V. Standby mode with RTC, registers, and SRAM active takes less than 21 µA. The processor has 256 Kbytes of flash, 48 Kbytes of SRAM, DMA, SPI, I2 C, and a 112-segment LCD interface.
