32-bit MCUs offer 50 DMIPS performance

The RX220 Group of 11 devices provide easy scalability for embedded designers moving from 8-/16-bit to 32-bit designs. The MCUs offer approximately 50 DMIPS performance at 32 MHz with power consumption as low as 200µA/MHz when only the CPU is operating and the peripheral functions are halted.

32-bit MCUs offer 50 DMIPS performance

The MCUs operate from -40° to 85°C at a wide operating voltage range extending from 1.62 (at 4 MHz) to 5.5 V. Additional peripherals include a 12-bit A/D converter, a three-phase driver control timer, and a real-time clock and event-link controller. They come in 48, 64 and 100-pin LQFP packages with 32 to 256 Kbytes of zero wait-state flash and a four channel DMA. (Price not given — available now.)
