32-bit MCUs offer LCD control, 1 Mbyte flash

The H8SX/1658R and H8SX/1558 32-bit CISC microcontrollers offer up to 1 Mbyte of flash memory, 64 Kbyte of SRAM, up to 50 MIPS performance, and the ability to drive VGA TFT-LCD panels at up to 65 frames/s. The 120-pin and 144-pin packaged devices also feature an I2 C bus interface, a DMA controller, a timer pulse unit, and a programmable pulse generator.

The H8SX/1658R group include a full-Speed USB 2.0 port, and all models include two or three multi-channel 10-bit A/D converters and an 8-bit D/A converter.
