The CY7C1071DV33 32-Mbit 3-V fast asynchronous SRAM features very quick 12-ns access time. It comes in a small RoHS-compliant FBGA48 8.0 x 9.5 x 1.2-mm package and offers 16- and 8-bit I/O configurations.
The 32-Mbit memory has an active current of 250 mA at full speed and standby current of 50 mA, with an operating voltage of 3.3 ± 0.3 V and data retention to 2.0 V.
