The open-frame XL330-54 330–W ac/dc power supply features a 1.35-in.-high, and a 3 x 5.3-in. footprint, delivering a 15–W/in3 power density with 13-cfm cooling. It achieves 90% efficiency full-load efficiency through synchronous rectification, Oring MOSFETs and a active PFC design, and generates 23% less heat than comparable power supplies,
The power supply has two primary outputs of 54 V/6.1 A and 12 V/9 A, plus a 12 V/1 A auxiliary output. The 54–V output is 2,250–Vdc isolated from the other outputs making it power-over-Ethernet (PoE) compatible. The design allows active current sharing on the 54–V output for up to four power supplies to be operated in parallel. n+1 operation. ($165 ea/large qty — available now.)
