3512-size resistors are rated to 3,500 Vrms

The HVC series of high-voltage chip resistors now includes 3512-packaged devicesthat offer a working-voltage rating of 3,500 Vrms. The resistors feature up to 50 GΩ, tolerances down to 0.5%, TCRs to 25 ppm, and VCRs to 1 ppm/V. Larger size devices can withstand voltages of 25 kV with proper terminal isolation.

The resistors are available in wire bondable terminations and as a single-sided flip chip, and also offers 0603, 0805, 1206, 2010, and 2512 package sizes. (From $0.90 to $4.50 each in full reel quantities — available now.)
