Supporting the 125-kHz band, the AS3932 wake-up receiver offers a sensitivity of 100 μVrms typically — suiting it for active RFID and wireless sensors. The part has three independent receiving channels enabling detection of a wake-up signal from any direction.
The receiver provides a digital RSSI value for each active channel and supports a programmable data rate and Manchester decoding with clock recovery. It also offers a fully integrated RTC, which is either derived from a crystal oscillator or the internal RC oscillator. Housed in TSSOP16 or a QFN16 packages, the part operates over –40° to 85°C.
