4-x-4-mm QFN socket operates to 40 GHz

The DG-QFN24C-01 socket connects 24-pin, 0.5-mm-pitch QFN IC’s. Designed for a 4-x-4-mm package size, the socket operates up to 40 GHz with less than 1-dB insertion loss.

The sockets dissipate up to several watts without extra heat sinking and handle up to 100 W with a custom heat sink. Contact resistance is typically 3 mΩ per pin. The contactor is capable of 100,000 insertions. Operating temperature range is –70° to 200°C. ($576 — available now.)
