The TPHR8504PL 40-V power MOSFET is based on the next generation U-MOS IX-H semiconductor process. It has a typical RDS(on) of 0.7mΩ and a typical output capacitance (Coss) of 1930 pF.
The MOSFETs feature a 150-A current rating that contributes to reliability, and also offers a low Qoss, output charge, for increased efficiency in switching-mode power supplies, including servers and telecom base stations, dc/dc converters, synchronous rectification and other power management needs. The 40-V MOSFET is provided in an ultra-miniature SOP-advance package measuring 5 x 6 mm.
