The 40-V ISL28407, ISL28408, and ISL28417 quad precision amplifiers are ideally suited for 12 to 24-bit process control, instrumentation and data acquisition applications. The ISL28407 operates from 4.5 to 40 V and offers a low bias current drift of 0.3 pA/°C over –40° to 85°C, an offset voltage of 90 µV max, and an offset drift of 0.8 µV/°C max. It also features a power consumption of 290 µA max per channel, a bandwidth of 1 MHz, and a low input bias current drift of 0.3 pA/°C, and low-noise 13 nV/√Hz at 1 kHz.
The ISL28417 is designed for sensor front ends, DAC buffering, precision voltage regulation or low noise instrumentation applications that need a diverse range of signals. Features include a current consumption of 530 µA max per channel, and a frequency noise of only 250 nVp-p (0.1 to 10 Hz) and 8nV/√Hz at 1 kHz. Offset voltage is just 70 µV max, with offset drift of only 0.75 µV/°C max.
The ISL28408 features a current consumption of 250 µA max per channel with a wide voltage range single supply of 3 to 40 V or dual supply of ±1.5 to ±20 V. It also offers rail-to-rail output, an offset voltage of 230 µV maximum, and a low noise of 15.8 nV/√Hz at 1 kHz.
All parts offer greater than 4 kV ESD input protection, an operating range of –40° to 125°C, and are housed in 14-lead SOIC and 14-lead TSSOP packages. (ea/1,000,ISL28407,from $2.75;ISL28408,from $2.95; ISL28417,$2.70 — available now.)
