4,500-V IGBT family has 150-A dual module

The QID4515001 is a 4,500-V/150-A dual high-voltage IGBT (HVIGBT) that targets 4,160-Vac lines. It has a 10.2-kVrms isolation voltage and an optimized thermal management system incorporating a ceramic substrate and copper baseplate.

The switching-loss performance of the IGBT device is provides an estimated 20% reduction when compared to competitive types. It suits utility power supplies, pulse power, traction drives, medium-voltage industrial drives, auxiliary power inverters and other high-voltage power supplies.
