Along with 125-Msample/s sample rate, 14-bit resolution, and 16-kpoint waveform record length, the units also offer built-in AM, FM, PM, PWM, and FSK modulation, without ran external modulation source. Both units can also function as a 200-MHz frequency counter, and a USB Device/Host interface allows storage of waveforms and setups. (SDG1005, $399; SDG1050 $599 available now from Saelig.)
