The SMM50 dc/dc converters target railway applications, have a 50W output power, and are suitable for stationary as well as mobile use. The nominal input voltages are 24 Vdc (ranging from 14.4 to 50.4 Vdc), 48 Vdc (ranging from 28.8 to 100.8 Vdc), 110 Vdc (ranging from 43.2 to 154 Vdc), and 230 Vac (ranging from 85 to 264 Vac). The output voltages are galvanically separated and are available for single, dual, and triple outputs.
The converters feature vibration and shock resistance, meeting the IEC 68 T.2-27 standard. They have 79% to 89% efficiency and provide reverse-polarity protection at the input.
