500-W converter built for tough environments
The RWY 65 series fully encapsulated dc/dc converter generates 500-W output power from a 153 x 72 x 269-mm enclosure. Designed to meet the requirements of EN50155 for electronic equipment used on railway rolling stock, it is also suitable for operation in other extreme environments including industrial, mining, military, oil rigs, and transportation.
The converter meets EN55022 Class B and EN50121-3-2 conducted and radiated standards and meets IEC 61373 Cat 1 A and B and Cat 2 shock and vibration standards. It is rated for operation from 40 to 70C without derating. The unit delivers standard outputs of 12, 24, 36, 48, or 110 Vdc and can be operated from 48-, 72-, 96-, or 110-Vdc supply voltages. It also features 3-kVdc input to output isolation, and up to 90% efficiency. ($328.79 ea/100 available now.)
