high resolution and accuracy
The Model 5390 is a high-accuracy high-resolution DMM offering a dc-voltage
basic accuracy of 0.025%. The 50,000-count meter measures true- rms values
of complex signals via selectable ac or ac-plus-dc coupling at frequencies
to 100 kHz, and is autoranging on all functions including capacitance and
dB.
Other features include min/ max/average, resistive power measurement,
a 34-segment bar graph, frequency counting to 500 kHz, and extensive pulse
measurement circuitry. Calibration is performed via a serial interface
without opening the unit and optional Lab Windows software. ($395–available
