The LTC4441 MOSFET gate driver features a peak output current of 6 A, a supply range from 5 to 25 V, and an adjustable gate drive voltage from 5 to 8 V. In addition, the device offers a propagation delay time of 30 ns and an adjustable blanking time function to prevent ringing.

Housed in a 10-pin MSOP, the part also features undervoltage lockout and overtemperature circuits. An 8-pin SO package is also available as LTC4441-1, but does not include the blanking function. (From $1.80 ea/1,000�available now.)
