6-kW HV supply offers 150-kV outputs

The STR series 6-kW high voltage power supplies are available in positive or negative polarities in 19 different models with outputs ranging from 1 to 150 kV. Standard input voltages extend from 180 to 264 Vac at 50/60 Hz. The front panel allows local control, an analog interface provides remote capability, and an Ethernet digital interface enables system integration.

The power supply’s IGBT inverter is fault tolerant and suits semiconductor processing and vacuum deposition. Operational features can be configured to suit user requirements. Operating temperature extends from 0° to 40°C. (Contact company for price and availability.)
