The AON6242 60-V MOSFET reduces switching and conduction losses in system power supplies. It suits secondary-side synchronous rectification in dc/dc and ac/dc converters, primary-side switching in dc/dc converters, POL dc/dc modules for telecom systems, motor drives, uninterrupted power supplies, and industrial automation tools. It has an RDS(on) of 3.6 mΩ at 10 V and 4.5 mΩ at 4.5 V.
The MOSFET offers a 1,620-mΩ-pF figure-of-merit that is 48% better than the current leading competitor. It helps reduce power losses with a combination of on-resistance and output capacitance to reduce switching losses. The device is available in a DFN5x6 green package and is 100% Rg and UIS tested.
