60-W supplies meet UL60601-1 medical specs

The PM60 series of medical power supplies provide up to 60-W output power and are approved to the 3rd edition of UL60601-1 and EN60601-1 medical safety standards. Units are also RoHS compliant. The supplies suit medical and dental applications, including patient vicinity medical devices.

The power supplies accept a 90 to 264–Vac universal input. Single-output models have voltages ranging from 5 to 48 Vdc, and a variety of dual and triple outputs are available. Typical efficiencies are 80% to 88%, and the supplies have a 4,000–Vac input-output isolation voltage. Protection circuitry includes overvoltage on output 1, and short circuit protection.
